As a Business Development Representative, your role will be to seek out and qualify potential Timberlane customers via phone prospecting, develop a positive rapport and present a compelling story to use Timberlane. You will review industry publications, seek referrals, identify renovation project lists, and explore new markets to increase the Timberlane customer base, especially among the trade community. Once qualified, you will provide the lead to the internal account executives to recommend products, quote and complete the sale.
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, your role will be make a connection with a prospective Timberlane customer, develop a positive rapport, and ultimately guide the individual in purchasing Timberlane products. While our tone is consultative, you will be employing all of the best-in-class sales practices as you contact, qualify, quote and close a high volume of marketing-generated leads to achieve your sales quota. You will be responsible for meeting key metrics, targets and quotas and will need to be highly-motivated, performance-driven, energetic and customer-centric as you support both the brand and the business objectives. You should be an individual who strives to crush your goals every day.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for setting the visual direction, providing compelling and impactful concepts, layouts and designs across a variety of mediums. This on-site position serves to create strong and effective multi-channel marketing and communication efforts across all digital and non-digital channels to support the brand and drive results.
As an Experienced Woodworker, with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in millwork, cabinetmaking, or furniture making industry, we have opportunities available in our Rough Mill, Machining, Assembly and Finishing departments.

As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to be one of the initial voices of the Timberlane brand. You will engage with new inquiries via the phone and email, understand the consumer’s need and qualify each lead, and then provide the qualified leads to Timberlane Account Executives to continue to nurture the relationship. In addition, you will have the opportunity to also cultivate new leads through sales prospecting. Your performance will be measured and you play a vital role in the creation of a robust sales pipeline for our Account Executives.
