All orders require a 50% deposit with balance due prior to shipping. Acceptable methods of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or personal check. Because we take tremendous pride in supplying you with the finest shutters as soon as possible, most orders ship within a few weeks.
Shipping/Freight Information
We take very special care in preparing your shutters for shipment, even though it means extra time and expense for us. Western Red Cedar is a fine, soft wood, so every shutter is shipped with custom molded corner and edge protectors. And if you order your shutters primed, we wrap them with heavy, non-stick parchment paper before they go into our durable shipping cartons.
