TIMBERLANE, INC. INTRODUCES A NEW CATALOG AND WEBSITE
Timberlane launches a redesign of its website, catalog, and social media profiles
Montgomeryville, PA – June 7, 2013 – Timberlane Inc, manufacturer of the world’s finest exterior shutters, unveiled its new redesign across multiple channels.
Beginning with a new website, Timberlane wanted to provide a more intuitive and content-rich site that would allow quick access to information to all customers, from homeowners to builders, architects to historians. At the same time, as more and more customers are beginning to use the site on different platforms, the new site is fully responsive, meaning that visitors can view the site on traditional computers, tablets and smartphones
“We’ve seen a dramatic increase in our customers accessing our site through tablets and phones, and our previous site simply wasn’t mobile friendly. We wanted to make sure that our site was fully functional for customers browsing on their tablets at home, or our builders and architects searching for information in the field,” said Rick Skidmore, President and CEO of Timberlane, Inc.
The website offers progressively increasing levels of detail based on the individual needs of the customer, making it a simple process to find exactly the resources needed. The interactive digital catalog also provides immediate access to more resources and products.
To complement the new website, the new catalog was designed to highlight the extensive offerings, while truly representing what Timberlane stands for: Quality, Artisanship, and Craftsmanship.
“The last several years of this economy have really taken their toll on the psyche of our customers, as well as on us. As we begin to see growth again, we wanted to really refocus on what our founding principles are, dedicating our attention on our customers and providing them with exceptional quality and service they expect. Our new catalog, website and even our social media profiles, allow us to tell the story of mixing old world craftsmanship with modern technology, to design and build the best exterior shutters,” continued Rick.
