Grācat Farm

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Stunning contrast meets timeless style. The Grācat Farm is a 7,000-square-foot new home inspired by the work of architect R. Brognard Okie, an early 20th-century master of the Colonial Revival style who was known for his stunning historic restorations.

Built with period-appropriate millwork, casing, baseboards, stairs, and custom shutters with all the trimmings, this stunning fieldstone home is bathed in light and features expansive views of the natural beauty all around it.

The approach to Grācat Farm is truly grand, with a bridge crossing over to the entry court, where a porte-cochère sits just beyond the front door and leads to a trio of garage bays. Inside, the breathtaking great room features a cathedral ceiling and bar, and it connects to the kitchen, creating a cohesive gathering space that’s perfect for entertaining guests. The separate dining room offers an intimate setting for more formal occasions, while the family room opens onto a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the creek and meadow beyond.
