Residence in East Quogue

PROJECT OVERVIEW

An elegant modern marvel that recalls The Hamptons’ rich history. Built in 2013, this expansive beach home sits on a dune overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, offering a breathtaking view of the water from all major rooms. With its gambrel roof, Doric porch columns and custom shutters in Colonial Blue, the shingle-style home is reminiscent of the traditional Dutch Revival houses that populated Eastern Long Island centuries ago.

Inside, the home features beadboard ceilings, antique wood floors and an open floor plan that transitions seamlessly to the outdoors, with beachfront porches extending from the living and dining rooms. A luxurious lap pool with two cabanas stretches out from the double-height family room, while a clay tennis court sits nestled into the landscape, hidden away from both the house and long entry drive.
